Who we are?

Cixi City Hangzhou Bay Bearings Co., Ltd (hereinafter to be referred as PLB bearings) was established in 1992 as “Cixi Pei Ling Bearings Factory”. With the great growth of business, we changed the name of Cixi Pei Ling Bearings Factory to Cixi City Hangzhou Bay Bearings Co., Ltd in 2000. In 1998, we officially applied for “PLB” trademark registration; it was root in the initial of “Pei Ling Bearings”. With the development and growth during the past decade, currently, we endure PLB with new implication of “Persistent improvement and development of our products. Lusty teams in growing. Bear our own social responsibilities and duties“.

We oriented on customers’ satisfaction, and strictly adhere to international standards of ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 with strategies of lean production, good quality, dedicated services and continued cooperation.
